20H/V Tilt-A-Mix                    140H/300H Mixmill Pilot Plant

The Tilt-A-Mix line of laboratory and pilot plant processors replicate the same functions as the Mixmill, U-Max and Prestovac lines, albeit on a smaller scale. These patented machines tilt upward to load, horizontal to mix, and down to discharge. All fittings are designed for easy removal and the entire agitator can be removed by detaching one bolt. These units come equipped with wheels so that they can be moved between different locations. Similar to the larger Processall mixers, these are also constructed entirely of stainless steel.

Key Benefits

• These machines are also equipped with spray nozzles for particle coating or wet agglomerations. In many cases the efficiency of adding liquids in this manner allows the user to significantly reduce the amount of liquid required.
• These machines are designed for experimental usage. The agitator blades can be removed in minutes with just one wrench. The high shear mill can be used to reduce agglomerate size when required. Mechanical mainshaft seals enable very high vacuums to be achieved. An all stainless steel design (including the heating/cooling jacket and support base) will provide a machine that will give the user years of trouble free service. Even the discharge is designed to be completely removable for cleaning or service.
